What is the ruling if the first hunter's wound was not immediately fatal (non-Ihwa'iyya), and the second hunter inflicts an immediately fatal wound (Ihwa'iyya)?

If the first wound was not immediately fatal, and the second wound was immediately fatal, the game becomes unlawful (haram) based on the previously mentioned principles. An exception exists if the second hunter performed the necessary slaughter (dhabh or nahar).
