Primary text

If a Magian marries his mother, has a daughter, then marries that daughter, has a son, then the son marries his grandmother, has a daughter, and then the Magian dies, followed by the death of his mother: She leaves behind a daughter who is a granddaughter, and another daughter who is a great-granddaughter, and she leaves behind a grandson who is her husband. The two daughters inherit two-thirds, and the remainder is divided among the elder daughter and her son in a ratio of three shares: the elder daughter receives four, the younger three, and the male two. This yields a total of nine shares.

According to the other opinion, the remainder goes only to the male heir. If the daughter dies after him (the grandson), the elder daughter is her grandmother (paternal grandfather's mother) and her uterine sister. She inherits two-sixths by the convergence of kinship ties, and in the second instance, she inherits one-sixth by one of the ties.
