There is no known disagreement that the deceased must be prepared (shrouded and buried) from the blood money, provided this occurs before the distribution of the inheritance, because if the deceased had no other funds, the obligation of preparation would fall upon those responsible for his maintenance if he were poor; thus, it is even more incumbent that it be paid from his blood money.
