When the counts are proportional, the largest count among the three groups is taken and multiplied by the original base of the shares to establish the corrected total issue size. For example, if there are two grandmothers, five daughters, and ten paternal uncles, the largest number, ten, is used in the multiplication against the original base (e.g., 10 multiplied by 6 yields 60 as the corrected total).
