According to the lineage scholars, the full paternal aunt receives two-thirds, and the full maternal aunt receives one-third, causing all other heirs in these groups to be excluded.

Na'im and Ishaq held that all maternal aunts are equal, and their portion is divided among them equally in three parts. Similarly, the paternal aunts' portion is divided equally among them in three parts, resulting in an estate basis of nine parts.
