Book of Inheritance Shares (Farā'id)
Primary text
The common opinion places the solution from eight shares. Those who diverge solve it from thirty-two shares, and those who favor the minority solve it from forty-eight shares. Muhammad's opinion causes the offspring of the father to be excluded, and his view agrees with Abu Yusuf's that the wealth goes to the offspring of the sister from both parents.
Supporting text
