The mother of the mother's father receives one-third, and the remainder goes to the father of the mother's father.
Supporting text
If the father of the mother's mother is present, the estate belongs to him because he connects through an heir. If the father of the father's father is present, the estate is divided equally between the father of the mother's father and the one mentioned previously (the father of the mother's father).
