The inheritance belongs to the daughter of the full paternal cousin (*Bint 'Amm li-Abawayn*) over the daughter of the paternal cousin's daughter (*Bint Ibn 'Amm li-Ab*), according to the view of the two *Manzilin*. However, the lineage scholars assign it to the latter because she is considered closer in relation.
