Primary text
If the deceased leaves a daughter and a sister, and both acknowledge a minor, the daughter claiming the minor is a sister, and the sister claiming the minor is a daughter, the minor receives one-third of what is in the hand of the sister only. This is the view attributed to Ibn Abi Laila, Muhammad ibn al-Hasan, al-Lu'lu'i, and Yahya ibn Adam.
