What is the distribution when the estate includes a paternal half-brother and a uterine brother?

If a paternal half-brother (*akh li-ab*) is present alongside a uterine brother, the uterine brother receives one-sixth of the estate, and the remainder goes to the paternal half-brother. The same ruling applies if a full brother (*akh li-abawayn*) is present instead of the paternal half-brother.
