If the husband is present with two daughters, or a daughter and a son's daughter, or a daughter and a mother or a paternal grandmother, the brothers and sisters are excluded entirely from inheritance. The paternal grandfather is allotted his fixed share of one-sixth, causing the shares to augment to thirteen.
