When the heirs are a maternal aunt by both mother and father, and a paternal maternal uncle, the inheritance belongs to the maternal uncle. If the deceased leaves only a maternal aunt and a daughter of a daughter, the estate is divided between them into four parts.

According to Abu Hanifa, in the case of the maternal aunt by both parents and the paternal maternal uncle, the inheritance belongs to the maternal aunt.
