The daughter of the son of the maternal uncle (bint ibn akh li-umm) receives one-sixth (al-suds), and the remaining estate goes to the daughter of the daughter of the paternal uncle (bint bint akh li-abuwayn).

Supporting text

Abu Yusuf holds that the entire estate must be given to the daughter of the son of the paternal uncle (the second mentioned inheritor).
