Primary text
When there are two or more daughters, or a daughter of a son and a sister, and the grandfather is present, the daughters receive two-thirds (Al-Thuluthan) of the estate. The remainder is divided between the grandfather and the sister in a ratio of three parts, validating the division over nine units (Tasih min tis'ah).
