The husband receives one-quarter. The daughter receives one-half. The remainder is divided among the sister and the grandfather into three parts. In this scenario, the grandfather's share by receiving one-sixth (as a fixed portion) is equivalent to his share via sharing in the residue (المقاسمة).

If the number of sisters increases beyond one sister, the paternal grandfather is allotted his fixed share of one-sixth, and the remainder is distributed to the husband and the daughter.
