Primary text

If a maternal uncle is present with the maternal aunts, and a paternal uncle is present with the paternal aunts, the share of each group is divided among them on a six-part basis, resolving the total into eighteen parts according to the *Manzilin*.

Supporting text

If there are three unrelated maternal uncles with their sisters, and one maternal uncle and one paternal uncle, one-third is divided among the maternal uncles and aunts on a six-part basis, giving three parts equally to the maternal uncle and aunt from the mother's side. Two-thirds go to the maternal uncle and aunt from both parents, divided by three according to those who favor distinction, which is the view of most *Manzilin* and one narration from Ahmad. The other narration states the division is equal between them, and the two-thirds between the paternal uncle and paternal aunt is equal.
