The strict application (Qiyas) of Al-Thawri's opinion suggests that the Khuntha and the daughter share three-quarters of the estate equally (divided into five parts), the mother receives one-sixth, and the remaining half of the remaining one-sixth goes to the Asabah. This resolves to a distribution based on sixty parts.
