If there are three sisters of a brother and three daughters of a sister, and they are from the same mother, the wealth is divided among them according to their number. If they are from the father or from both parents, the daughters of the brother receive two-thirds, and the sons of the sister receive one-third, solving the case from nine shares according to Al-Manzileen and Muhammad. Abu Yusuf rules that the sons of the sister receive two-thirds and the daughters of the brother receive one-third.
