The daughter receives half of the estate, and the remainder goes to the *Asabah* according to the opinion of the 'Abadilah (a group of scholars including Ibn 'Abbas).

Supporting text

If a brother and sister, or a son of a brother and his sister, or a paternal uncle or aunt are present, the remainder goes solely to the male heir according to their opinion.
