The distribution is made into five shares. The son of the sister receives three-fifths, and each of the other two (Ibn Khala and Ibn Akh min Umm) receives one-fifth.

Supporting text

If a daughter of a brother from both parents (Bint Akh min Abuwayn) is also present, she receives half, and the remainder is divided such that each of the remaining heirs receives one-sixth.
