Primary text

Under the view permitting mutual inheritance, the inheritance of one brother is divided among his wife, mother, and sister in thirteen shares. The sister's resulting portion is then divided among her husband (the other brother), her mother, and her uncle in six shares. The total calculation results in thirteen ultimate shares, distributed such that the first brother's wife receives three shares, the sister's husband receives three shares, the mother receives four shares from her first son's inheritance and two from her daughter's (the sister's) resulting portion, and the uncle receives one share. The sister's remaining portion is subsequently divided among her husband, mother, and brother (the other deceased), leading to a final complex distribution over seventy-two shares where the distribution is unequally beneficial to the heirs depending on which deceased they inherit from.
