Primary text

When the issue involves a daughter of a daughter of a daughter of a daughter, a daughter of a son of a daughter of a daughter of a son, and two daughters of the son of another daughter of a son, the first claimant receives three-quarters of the wealth. The remaining quarter is divided among the remaining claimants in four parts. This requires multiplying the original fraction by the base of the case, resulting in sixteen parts.

Supporting text

The people of kinship rule that the first claimants inherit, and those who disregard the intermediary cause and grant inheritance to the distant relative share the wealth equally between the daughter of the daughter of a son of a daughter and the daughter of the daughter of a son of a son of a son, giving them four shares, while the other is excluded because the first is an inheritor of the daughter in the first degree.
