Primary text

If the claimant is a son and his parents die, and one parent leaves a daughter, his inheritance is divided between the son and the daughter in three shares (two for the son, one for the daughter).

Supporting text

On the other opinion, the division is by five shares, because the son is counted by the share of two sons of a son.
