If a non-Muslim married a woman without witnesses, and subsequently one of them dies after their conversion, the survivor inherits from the deceased. This is the position of Abu Hanifa and Al-Shafi'i.

Zufar and Al-Lu'lu'i hold that they do not inherit from each other.
