How is the inheritance distributed if the heirs include descendants from both the mother and the father (i.e., full and consanguine/uterine siblings)?
Chapter on Inheritance of the Grandfather

Primary text
If the heirs include descendants from both parents (full siblings) and descendants from only one parent (i.e., grandfather's children from different mothers), the descendants of the father alone (ولد الأب, typically the paternal grandfather's specific lineage in this context) receive nothing. The descendants sharing both parents (ولد الأبوين, typically full siblings in relation to the deceased) take the entire remainder.
