Primary text
If the claimants are a man and his paternal aunt, and the claimed descendant is a female slave who dies leaving their parents, she receives half of each person's estate. If the younger claimant's father dies next, she receives half of his estate, and the remainder goes to the aunt's father because he is her father. If the aunt's father dies later, she receives half of his estate as well.
