Primary text
If three unrelated maternal uncles are present, they receive one-sixth of the estate. The son of the maternal uncle receives one-sixth of this share, and the remainder of the maternal uncles' share goes to the paternal uncles' sons. The remaining half is distributed such that the son of the paternal sister receives two-thirds, and the daughter of the paternal sister receives one-third. The distribution resolves into thirty-six parts.

The ruling regarding three unrelated maternal uncles in the division of the mother's estate among them is analogous to the ruling for three unrelated full-brothers in the division of their inheritance. Similarly, three unrelated maternal uncles with three unrelated maternal aunts follows the pattern established for three unrelated daughters of brothers versus three unrelated daughters of sisters.
