The estate is divided between the daughter and the mother on the basis of four parts, determined by fixed shares and return (Radd). The daughter receives two parts and the mother two parts based on Radd after the mother takes her fixed one-sixth. The maternal uncle receives nothing because he is not a residuary heir of the person who underwent Li'an.

If the maternal uncle were replaced by the paternal grandfather's maternal uncle, the remainder would go to him because he is considered a residuary heir of the person who underwent Li'an.
