The daughter receives one-half (Al-Nisf) as her fixed share, and the remainder goes to the paternal uncle as the residuary heir.

Supporting text

According to the opinion of Ali, the entire estate belongs to the daughter because returning the surplus (Radd) takes precedence over inheriting through the residuary heirs of the deceased's mother.
