What is the inheritance division when the claimants are a man and his son, and the claimed descendant is a female slave?

If the claimants are a man and his son, and the son dies, the female slave receives half of his estate. If the father dies later, she receives half of his estate.
Supporting text
On the other opinion, she receives two-thirds. According to Abu Hanifa, if the father and son both claim paternity, the father takes precedence, and the son has no share. If the father dies first, his estate is divided among his son and the claimed slave in three shares. The slave then takes half of the younger one's estate because she is his daughter, and the rest because she is his sister.
