Primary text
The entire estate belongs to the paternal uncle (Al-'Amm) because he is the paternal uncle of the person who underwent Li'an (Al-Mula'ana). If there is no paternal uncle, then it goes to the paternal grandfather's father because he is her father (the deceased's ancestor). If that person is absent, it passes to the paternal grandfather's maternal uncle. If he is also absent, it goes to the maternal uncle because he is a relative (Dhu Rahim).
