If a free daughter is present, she receives half, and the uterine brother receives nothing. The full brother receives one-fourth, and the paternal brother receives one-eighth, with the residue going to the residuary heirs (asabat).

According to the other opinion, the remainder goes solely to the full brother. If half of the daughter is free, she receives one-fourth, the uterine brother receives one-fourth of one-sixth, the full brother receives half of the remainder, and the paternal brother receives the other half of the remainder.
