Inheritance status between a formerly non-Muslim couple whose marriage involved a triple divorce followed by remarriage under their previous law, upon their conversion to Islam.

If a non-Muslim divorces his wife three times and then remarries her, and subsequently both convert to Islam, they do not affirm that marriage, and they do not inherit from each other. Similarly, if one of them dies before they both convert, they do not inherit from each other. This is the opinion of all scholars.
