Primary text
If the youngest daughter dies after the middle daughter, she leaves behind two sisters: one being her mother and the other her grandmother. Her mother inherits one-sixth, and the remainder is divided between them. The mother is veiled by herself and by her own mother from the remaining portion of the one-sixth share.
Supporting text
According to the other opinion, the elder daughter inherits half, the middle one-third, and the remainder goes to the residuaries. If the opinion is that the lineage of grandmothers is stronger, the elder daughter inherits nothing because she does not inherit by sisterhood (being weak) nor by the lineage of grandmothers (being veiled by motherhood).
