Does a participant in a killing that mandates liability inherit from the victim?

Primary text
A person who participates in a killing that incurs liability inherits from the victim in the same manner as a sole perpetrator, because liability is assigned proportionally. If a person unjustly testifies with a group against the deceased, leading to the victim's death, they do not inherit. However, if they testify truthfully regarding a right, they inherit, as their testimony does not create liability for homicide.
