Primary text

When the full sisters have taken two-thirds, the paternal-only sisters receive nothing. The remainder goes to the nephew (son of the brother) because the son's daughter is supported by her nephew who is lower in degree, but the paternal-only sister is only supported by her full brother. Since the full siblings have exhausted the prescribed two-thirds, the nephew inherits the residue, as the nephew is not considered a brother in this context.
