Primary text
An individual born without any passage, neither anterior nor posterior, subsisting only by vomiting what they consume, is considered analogous in meaning to the ambiguous hermaphrodite (*Khuntha Mushkil*). Therefore, if no other distinguishing sign exists, the ruling of the ambiguous hermaphrodite must be established for them in inheritance and all associated legal matters.
