What is the ruling concerning liability when the payment is made under a judge's decree versus voluntary payment?

Primary text
The ruling regarding the payment to the claimant does not change whether it is done under the ruling of a judge or without one, as the admission itself is the basis that causes the ruling of the judge. Similarly, it is immaterial whether the admitting party knew the full facts at the time of the first admission or not, because intention (Amad) and error (Khata) are equivalent in liability for what is destroyed through admission.
