Primary text

The ruling concerning separate paternal aunts and their offspring, and separate maternal aunts and their offspring, is the same as the ruling concerning separate sisters' offspring.

Supporting text

The mother receives one-sixth, and the remainder goes to the offspring of the brother from both parents. This is the opinion of all of Al-Manzileen because separate brothers from the father are excluded by the offspring of the one from both parents. The brother from the mother receives one-sixth, and the entirety of the remainder goes to the brother from both parents, and whatever each brother receives goes to his offspring.
