What is the ruling if a man divorces four wives and marries four others in four separate contracts, and then dies from his illness?

If one of the divorced wives dies, the first of the newly married women inherits in her place. If two divorced wives die, the first and second newly married women inherit. If three divorced wives die, the first, second, and third newly married women inherit, along with any remaining divorced wives. This follows the opinion of Abu Hanifa, Abu Yusuf, and Al-Lu'lu'i.
