Primary text
If the deceased leaves sons, and then confesses to having two brothers simultaneously, their lineage is established based on this admission. This ruling is held because the lineage of the two brothers is established through the admission of the one who was the sole heir prior to their claim.

In an alternative view, the lineage is not established because the admission regarding each brother did not emanate from the entirety of the heirs. In this case, each brother is given one-third of what is in the heir's possession.
