What is the ruling if the place of children of both parents is occupied by paternal relatives (Asabah) from the father's lineage?

If the position designated for children of both parents is occupied by paternal relatives (Asabah) originating from the father, these paternal relatives are completely excluded. This ruling is unanimous, and no scholar known has assigned them an inheritance share because they are not considered equal in kinship to the mother's children.
