What is the ruling when a sister through the father acknowledges a brother?

If a sister through the father acknowledges a brother, the distribution is calculated based on ninety parts, wherein she retains ten parts, and eight parts remain as an excess for her brother. If she acknowledges a full brother (by both parents), she must hand over everything in her possession to him.
