How are the shares distributed among two sons of paternal cousins when one has a maternal uncle relationship (Khāl) or in the case of two sons of sons of paternal cousins where one is a maternal uncle?

The ruling is the same when there are two sons of paternal cousins where one is a maternal uncle, or two sons of sons of paternal cousins where one is a maternal uncle. However, according to the general opinion of the Companions, this distinction based on maternal kinship has no effect.
