Primary text

If the bankrupt, creditors, or a representative among them offers the seller the value of the land so that the seller transfers it to them, the seller is not obligated to accept this, because the land is the original asset, and the seller cannot be forced to sell their primary property, unlike the case with the improvements upon it.
