A bankrupt person is prohibited from refusing to accept any portion of the price of a sold item or rent due under a lease agreement, nor can he accept goods that are defective (*radiy'*) or accept delivery of the object of a sale (*muslam fihi*) without its full stipulated qualities, except with the permission of his creditors.
