What is the obligation if the bankrupt offers the actual crop/fruit to the creditors, and they refuse?

Primary text
If the bankrupt offers the crop in kind and they refuse to take it, they are not obligated to accept it, as they are only obligated to satisfy their claims with the genus of their debts. However, if one of them is a creditor whose claim is specifically related to that genus, such as a loan (*Qard*) or payment in advance (*Muslim*), then he is obligated to accept what is offered to him, provided it matches the description of his right.
