Primary text

If the seller does not reclaim until pollination occurs, the seller has no right to revoke, similar to bankruptcy after pollination because the asset does not transfer except by the buyer's choice, and the buyer only chose it after pollination. If the seller claims the sale occurred after pollination and the bankrupt denies it, the statement of the bankrupt is accepted upon oath, as the original state is the continuation of his ownership. If the seller claims the sale was after pollination and the bankrupt claims it was before, the statement of the seller is accepted for this reason.

Supporting text

If the general creditors testify for the bankrupt, their testimony is not heard because it leads to a benefit for themselves. If they testify for the seller and are trustworthy, their testimony is accepted due to the absence of suspicion.
