Primary text
If a person gives a gift stipulating a reward (*thawab*) and subsequently becomes bankrupt, the donee is obligated to accept the stipulated reward if the bankrupt offers it. The donee cannot refuse it because acceptance is due as it is considered an exchange for the gifted item, similar to the price in a sale.
