The seller of the oil and the seller of the wheat flour share the status of general creditors (aswa al-ghumā'). The primary evidence supports this because the seller has not recovered the original corpus of his property.

The school of Al-Shafi'i allows the seller to reclaim the oil because he has found the corpus of his property.
